1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Right Health Care Global Ventures Limited website and the purchase of products through our platform. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from actual products.
• Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, product availability is subject to confirmation at the time of order processing.
• Promotional pricing and discounts are valid for the stated period and may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Payment must be completed at the time of checkout via Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD, or mobile money).
• For bulk and commercial orders, alternative payment arrangements including bank transfer and installment plans may be available.
• An order confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.

4. Delivery

• We deliver to all 36 states and FCT in Nigeria.
• Estimated delivery times: 1-3 business days (Abuja), 3-7 business days (other states).
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Additional charges may apply for redelivery due to incorrect addresses.
• Free delivery is available for qualifying orders as advertised on the website.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Defective or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
• Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Customized or specially ordered products are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.

6. Warranty

Products sold through our platform carry manufacturer warranties as specified on individual product pages. Warranty claims should be directed to our customer support team. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

Right Health Care Global Ventures Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
